Individual Profile

Nora has extensive clinical experience working across Hong Kong and China in private centers, international schools, and NGOs. She specialises in assessment, intervention, and provide school shadowing for children with developmental and behavioural needs.

She designs and implements IEPs and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmes, conducts functional behaviour assessments, develops data-driven Behaviour Intervention Plans, and supports school shadowing and integration.

Her work supports children and families affected by autism, ADHD/ADD, special educational needs, developmental delays, and other behavioural or emotional regulation difficulties. Her core expertise includes ABA (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP), functional behaviour assessment, behaviour intervention planning, social and emotional skills training, and parent and staff coaching. Nora is also a certified group leader of PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills).
