Individual Profile

Dr Flora Ko is an occupational therapist with extensive experience in working with people with mental health problems.  She is a certified wellness and life coach, cognitive therapist, clinical hypnotherapist, international trainer of the Certified Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Practitioner’s Training, and a calibrated rater of the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills.  She is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a professional in healthcare quality, a Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives and the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Besides providing clinical and management services, she also teaches occupational therapy, rehabilitation and health care management subjects for undergraduate and postgraduate courses as well as conducts executive training for health care professionals both in Hong Kong locally and in the Greater Bay Area.  She is the Continuing Education Advisor (Rehabilitation Sciences) of the Continuing Education Office, SPEED of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  She is also the Academic Convenor of the Hong Kong College of Health Service Executives. Besides, she has published papers and books on mental health subject areas.
